Cobargo Home Made Ice Cream

Locally made, using local produce.

We have been making homemade ice cream in the Bega Valley for 7 years.

Taken from a secret family recipe, we use only natural ingredients - nothing is artificial. We utilise as much seasonal local produce as we can possibly access. Our parfait-style ice cream is hand made and all flavours are gluten-free.

We feel very privileged to have such a wide variety of fruits, nuts & honey made available to us from local growers, whom we promote at the various markets & festivals we attend.

Our philosophy is to incorporate as much local produce as possible & as the season permits. We are especially pleased to be included in “local produce only” markets & festivals.

Local seasonal produce we use include:
Passionfruit, fingerlime, peaches, lemons, oranges, hazelnuts, macadamias, raspberries, strawberries, boysenberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, loganberries, blood plums, nectarines, mulberries & delicious honey, to name a few...

We cater for larger groups for dinner parties, weddings and children’s parties using your favourite flavour!

You can find us at weekly and monthly markets up and down the south coast including, Candelo, Pambula, Bermagui, Quaama Seasonal Fairs and Nethercote Seasonal Markets.

We also attend local festivals including: Cobargo Folk Festival, Four Winds Festival, Southeast Harvest, EAT Merimbula, Narooma Oyster Festival, Candelo Village Festival, Tilba Festival, Bermagui Seaside Fair, Candelo Show, Bemboka Show, Merimbula Jazz Festival and various local community events.
